1. Eligibility:
   • The prize draw is open to customers who have made a purchase at any Orizen Tyres or Fleet Services shop in New Zealand.
   • Participants must be residents of New Zealand and at least 18 years old.
2. Entry:
   • To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Orizen Tyres website.
   • Each entry must include the participant’s details and the specific Orizen Tyres shop where the purchase was made.
   • Participants must provide a photograph of their receipt or proof of purchase.
   • Only one entry per invoice is allowed.
3. Entry Period:
   • The prize draw runs from December 1, 2024, to December 22, 2024.
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on December 22, 2024.
5. Notification:
   • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry.
   • If the winner cannot be reached within two (2) business days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity:
   • By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to allow Orizen Tyres to publicize their name and likeness in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and the Orizen Tyres website.
7. Prize:
   • The main prize of $2500 will be deposited to the winners nominated New Zealand Bank account. Bank clearance times may mean this takes up to 48hours to clear.
   • The 10x $500 cashback prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. These will be given as a credit to an Orizen location of the winners choice. This location cannot be changed at any time.
   • Any remaining funds available for cashback winners cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in one spend at their chosen Orizen location.
   • The prize may vary slightly from that shown in the image.

   • Orizen Tyres reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these conditions.
